LiftLine by Commend® is a new, compact emergency call system (Autodialler), which has especially been developed according to the requirements of the norm EN81-28. Built on the know-how of high-end intercom servers a novel and very compact system has been created, that is exactly tailored to the legal regulations for lift emergency calls valid in Europe.
In addition to individual calm down messages that are heard by the calling person, message texts for lift location and lift number can be recorded. The five emergency numbers of the rescue organization as well as the call number for the prescribed 3-day-test call are also freely programmable. Via an optional serial interface it is possible to adapt system data, as well as carry out software updates. Needless to say LiftLine is compatible with the Commend Test Call Centre (TCCS – Test Call Control Service).
LiftLine is a modular concept: beside the complete pre-configured basic package for facilities with a single lift there are expansion modules for one or two additional lifts available. Due to the intelligent LiftLine central only a single telephone connection is required for the entire system.

A range of intercom station types and kits are available to suit New Lifts, Existing COPs, Refurbishments and Upgrades. Installation is extremely simple with only 4 trailing cable wires being needed. LiftLine is delivered pre-configured with only the Rescue/Test Centre number and Lift Location message to be programmed. This can be carried out either on-site or remotely via telephone or GSM.
